Ginger Buck

Ginger Buck is an attorney in Constantine Cannon’s New York office.  Ms. Buck specializes in the representation of whistleblowers under the False Claims Act and the vast array of other whistleblower rewards programs including those managed by the SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, NHTSA, and IRS.  Ms. Buck also serves as the firm’s Whistleblower Intake Coordinator, working with and screening the dozens of whistleblowers that reach out to the firm each week for whistleblower guidance and legal representation.  She has extensive experience representing clients before the DOJ, SEC, IRS, State AG Offices, and numerous other federal and state agencies.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Ms. Buck worked at several large law firms and legal service providers in various senior client services and project manager positions.  As part of her responsibilities, she led multiple large-scale investigations and e-discovery reviews involving a wide variety of industries and legal subject areas.  She also served as a solo practitioner with her own firm handling a wide range of legal matters.  She also served as a mediator in Small Claims Court.

Ms. Buck received her LL.M. in Taxation in 2011 and her J.D. (with honors) in 2009, both from New York Law School.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion (with honors) in 2004 from Hunter College.
